2-102.11 (A)(B)(C 1, 4-16) / DEMONSTRATION OF KNOWLEDGE Priority Foundation Item PIC was unable to provide proof of Food Safety Manager certification. PIC provided the Food Safety Handler certificate INSTEAD of the Food Safety Manager certificate. PIC shall register for the Food Safety Manager (FSM) course within 14 days. PIC shall pass the FSM exam within 30 days. PIC shall provide proof of FSM certification via email within 30 days. Correct By: 14-Jun-2023

This was a routine inspection. Facility is clean and organized. Observed proper hygiene practices. Observed proper hot and cold holding temperatures.
