Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Employee observed handling quarter meat while taking an internal temperature of it with bare hard to remove thermometer probe.
Employees shall use single-use gloves, utensils, bakery papers or other approved means when handling ready to eats foods.
Action Taken: Employee discarded the quarter patty and procedure to take internal temperatures with gloves on.

4-501.11 / GOOD REPAIR, PROPER ADJUSTMENT, AND OPERATION
Core Item Observed an ambient air temperature of 53F in the drive thru reach in cooler. No TCS foods are being stored here.

Comments
The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility.

All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection.
Employee demonstrated proper heating temperatures.
Sanitizer is EPA approved and proper concentration per manufacturer is being used.
All foods are from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination.
Observed good personal hygiene practices.

There is no need for a follow up at this time.
