TODAY'S VISIT IS TO CONDUCT A ROUTINE INSPECTION. THIS FACILITY IS BEING MAINTAINED IN A MANNER THAT IS COMPLIANT WITH THE FOOD CODE. ALL AREAS OF THE FACILITY ARE CLEAN AND ORGANIZED, FOODS ARE BEING HELD AT THE REQUIRED TEMPERATURES, AND STAFF WERE OBSERVED TO PROPERLY HANDLE FOOD AND WASH HANDS AS REQUIRED. THIS WRITER OBSERVED PROPER COOLING PROCEDURES OF GRAVY AND COOKED STEW MEAT. *****THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS CITED***** |
