Today's inspection was performed during Monday taco night. Facility is extremely clean and organized. All hot and cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone during the inspection. All food at the end of 3hr service is discarded or taken home. Wednesday night - Burgers; Fish fry Friday's start back up after Labor Day. All In One Pest Control - no pest activity. There are no violations to report at this time.
