The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. Foods today are supplied by hooters, bongiornos and jersey mikes. Facility is clean and well organized. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. High temperature dishwasher is working per manufacturer specifications. Observed good personal hygiene practices.
