This was a routine inspection. Observed proper handwashing and personal hygiene practices. All TCS foods being cold/hot held are out of the danger zone and any TCS foods that are using time as a public health control are correctly time stamped. The person in charge is very knowledgeable about safe food handling. Facility is clean and well organized. No violations to report at this time. No follow up is required.
