Priority Item Corrected During Inspection THE PIZZA MAKE TABLE WAS NOT HOLDING ALL FOODS AT PROPER TEMPERATURE. POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS WERE FOUND AT 45F-59F (EXCEPT FOR PEPPERONI WHICH WAS AT 41F.
REPAIR OR REPLACE THIS UNIT BEFORE STORING POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS IN IT.
Action Taken: MEATS AND CHEESE THAT WERE OUT OF THE PROPER TEMPERATURE RANGE WERE DISCARDED. ALL OTHER FOODS WERE MOVED TO A COOLER THAT WAS HOLDING FOODS AT PROPER TEMPERATURE. Correct By: 08-Aug-2018

THE MAKE TABLE COOLER WAS NOT ABLE TO HOLD FOODS AT PROPER COLD HOLDING TEMPERATURES. EITHER REPAIR OR REPLACE THIS UNIT BEFORE USING IT FOR HOLDING POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS.

A FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION SHALL BE CONDUCTED IN TWO WEEKS TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE.
