Notes:

All hot and cold holding equipment was found maintaining the proper temperature.
A health policy is in place that includes Covid 19 procedures.
The hand sinks were properly supplied with hot/cold running water, sanitizer, soap, and paper towel.
Covered waste receptacles were provided for the rest rooms.
Air gaps were found under the drink stations, prep sinks, re-thermalizer, and the three compartment sink as required.
Food temperatures were found in compliance.
Adequate dry goods storage is in place.
The out door waste receptacle has been provided for the facility.
The menu has remained the same from the previous owner.
Proper Chemical storage has been provided.
Quaternary ammonia test strips have been provided for the monitoring of your sanitizer strength.
F.I.F.O. is practiced here.
Proper glove use and hand washing was observed.

There are no violations to report at this time. $352.50 was paid on line for food service license fee on 1/4/22, Confirmation order # 3854526. You are approved to operate as the NEW Owner of this facility.
