Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection Observed no paper towel available at handsink in warewashing area for hand drying.
Provide single-use toweling at handsink to facilitate proper handwashing.
Action Taken: PIC placed paper towel at above noted hand sink.

6-501.16 / DRYING MOPS
Core Item Observed soiled mops stored in a bucket of dirty mop water.
Store mops to allow them to air dry without soiling walls, equipment and supplies. Correct By: 10-Aug-2023
Comments
The purpose of today's visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. All food was from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination. Employee demonstrated proper heating and holding temperatures. Proper hand washing, glove use while handling ready to eat fods, and hair restraints were observed.
