This facility is clean and organized. Today's inspection performed during taco Mondays. All hot and cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone during the inspection. Tomatoes and lettuce are discarded at the end of service (4:30 pm - 7 pm). Proper glove use observed. There are no violations to report at this time.
