3-301.11 (B) / PREVENTING CONTAMINATION FROM HANDS Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Observed an employee assembling a ready-to-eat (RTE) salad with their bare hands. Observed another employee handling a RTE sandwich with their bare hands. Employees shall use single-use gloves, utensils, bakery papers or other approved means when handling ready to eats foods. Action Taken: Both noted items were discarded and the employees washed their hands before donning gloves to work with RTE foods, |
