The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. Facility is extremely clean and well organized. Observed food delivery from Gordons during inspection. Foods were stored in proper holding equipment upon arrival and rotated using the F.I.F.O. method. Date marking observed. All holding equipment was in the safety zone at the time of inspection. Sanitizer is EPA approved and proper concentration per manufacturer is being used. All foods are from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination. Excellent personal hygiene practices observed. Person in charge demonstrated knowledge of proper re-heating for hot holding temperatures and methods. Raw cook off temperatures not observed during inspection. There are no violations to cite and no follow up is required at this time.
