Today is a routine inspection of the facility. The facility is clean and organized. All hot and cold holding temperatures in the safety zone. Proper hand washing, glove use and hair restraints observed. Proper date marking procedures in place. Proper thawing observed via the walk-in cooler. No violations to report at this time.
