This facility is extremely clean and well organized. All hot and cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone during the inspection. Proper glove use, handwashing techniques and food handling observed. Ecolab, a licensed pest control operator, services this facility monthly. No pest activity observed. There are no violations to report at this time.
