This facility is extremely organized and maintained. All cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone during the inspection. In-use utensils washed, rinsed, sanitized every 2hrs - set by timer. Terminex, a licensed pest control operator, services this facility monthly. No pest activity observed. There are no violations to report at this time.
