This facility was non-operational, and the facility is not used for normal kitchen activity. The operator stated the facility is used primarily for storage during events, and the kitchen may be used on occasion. This inspection was done to satisfy the 6 month requirement for the facility. This facility will contact the local health department for the next available event to see kitchen in operation.
