3-603.11/CONSUMER ADVISORY FOR RAW/UNDERCOOKED Consumer advisory on menu is missing disclosure for burgers that may be served undercooked. Provide a consumer advisory for animal foods served in a raw or undercooked condition such as burgers. A virtual follow-up shall be conducted no later than 14 days. Correct By: 03-Jan-2024 Action Taken: PIC provided menu with consumer advisory disclosure via email on 01/04/23.
