Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection 3 packages of turkey deli meat without a datemark. One package, Jennie O' commercially dated April 25, 2013.
If frozen and thawed at the middle school, a datemark shall be placed on package before sending to Dieck.
Action Taken: Staff discarded turkey.
