Comments

This was a routine inspection. Facility was clean and organized. All food was from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination. Proper hygiene practices were observed. All TCS foods were holding within the safety zone during inspection. Sanitizer was proper. No violations were cited and no follow up is necessary at this time.
