4-702.11 / BEFORE USE AFTER CLEANING Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Glasswasher (bar) is not injecting chlorine sanitizer in the final rinse. Test this machine regularly to be aware of this. Note: This machine is being replaced; another one is already ordered. Manually sanitize in 50 ppm bleach water in 1 of the 3-bay sinks. Action Taken: Glasses are being manually sanitized & air dried. Correct By: 23-Jan-2013 |
6-501.11 / PHYSICAL FACILITIES - GOOD REPAIR Core Item 1)The storeroom ceiling is not smooth & easily cleanable. 2)Bar: The walk-in cooler is of wood materials. The "kitchen" and liquor "closet" ceiling are not of smooth & easily cleanable materials. 1) & 2)When ceiling panels are replaced, do so with the type that are smooth, easily cleanable,to code. 2)Re: walk-in cooler: at change of ownership, remodel, change in use, or problems with durablility, cleanability, or similar, this cooler shall be rendered smooth, cleanable, to code. The same applies to all ceiling areas. |

One Priority violation and one core violation was cited at today's operational routine evaluation. The Priority violation was corrected; the core violation needs no correction at this time. Gail was the PIC today. There is a health policy in effect & the consumer advisory that meets the current code is posted in the snack bar. The facility continues to be sanitary & orderly. Good practices & procedures are known & were observed to be in use. |
