The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. Traulsen 3 Door RIC 37F Traulsen 2 Door RIF -3F Ice Cream RIF 19F Bar Cooler 41F Hot Holding Unit 170F Potato Soup 182F Heating BBQ Chicken 170F Re-Heating Raw Fish 38F Cold Holding BBQ Chicken 41F Cold Holding Chicken Salad 39F Cold Holding Cottage Cheese 38F Cold Holding Facility is clean and well organized. P.I.C. demonstrated proper heating, cooling and re-heating methods. All hot/cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone. There are NO violations to cite and no follow up is required. |
