The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. Facility is clean and well organized. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. No heating temperatures observed during inspection. 90 days of shell stock tags on site. Consumer advisory for raw eggs in drink menu available. All foods are from an approved source. Observed proper date marking. Sanitizer is EPA approved and proper concentration per manufacturer is being used. There are no violations to cite and no need for a follow up at this time.
