Priority Item Corrected During Inspection 1)The sanitizer concentration for Kay Quat in the 3 compartment sink is at 0ppm. 2) the chlorine sanitizer in the sanitizer bucket is at 0ppm.
Use test strips to measure proper sanitizer concentration and adjust the concentration accordingly.
Action Taken: Person in charge corrected concentration of above sanitizers.
