There were NO violations observed at the time of the routine inspection. -- The facility is very clean and sanitary. -- The PIC was very knowledgeable of their food safety responsibilities and duties. -- Employees observed washing hands adequately, and wearing gloves and hair restraints. -- All hot and cold holding food items were outside of the temperature danger zone.
