This is a routine inspection. The PIC is knowledgeable of duties. Staff was observed using handwashing, gloves and hair restraints. Sanitizer level was found in compliance. All food is from an approved source and is stored to prevent contamination. There were no violations to cite and no follow up is required at this time.
