Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Observed employee not washing hands in-between tasks.
Before working with food, clean equipment, utensils, and single use or single service articles food employees shall properly wash their hands.
Action Taken: Employee washed hands immediately.

3-101.11 / SAFE, UNADULTERATED & HONESTLY PRESENTED
Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Observed 2 Ibs of packaged salmon that was in original packaging when being thawed. Instructions on packaging instructed that salmon be removed from packaging when being thawed.
Discard noted items. From now on, follow instructions printed on packaging.
Action Taken: PIC discarded noted items.

3-304.14 / WIPING CLOTHS AND WORKING CONTAINERS, USE LIMITATION
Core Item Corrected During Inspection Observed several wet wiping cloths lying on prep counter and cutting boards.
Store wiping cloths in container of sanitizer solution when not in use.
Action Taken: PIC stored noted item in sanitizer bucket.
