THIS FACILITY IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE MICHIGAN FOOD LAW. THE FACILITY WAS CLEAN AND IN GOOD CONDITION. FOOD WORKERS WERE USING GOOD HYGIENIC PRACTICES. FOOD TEMPERATURES WERE PROPER. THE PIC IS SCHEDULED TO TAKE A SERV SAFE EXAM ON 10/31/16. HIS CURRENT CERTIFICATE IS EXPIRED. SEND A COPY TO THIS INSPECTOR UPON RECEIPT OF THE NEW CERTIFICATE. NO VIOLATIONS NOTED DURING THIS INSPECTION. |
