The purpose of today's visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. The facility was clean and organized. All food was from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination. Employee demonstrated proper heating and holding temperatures. Proper hand washing, glove use, and hair restraints were observed. Sanitizer was proper.
