This establishment is clean and organized. Tonight's inspection performed during hamburger night. All hot and cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone during the inspection. Lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes are on to of ice during service 5 pm - 7:30 pm; discarded at the end of service.
