| This is a routine inspection. At this time, all cold holding temperatures are within the safety zone. No hot holding at this time. PIC is knowledgeable about food procedures. Proper thawing was observed in the RIC. Proper hair restraints, hand washing, and glove use observed. Food thermometers, cooler thermometers, and test strips are available. Sanitizer was at acceptable levels. Proper date marking was observed throughout the facility. The facility is clean and well maintained. No violations at this time. |
