| The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. COVID 19 health policy is in place. Facility is clean and organized. Observed proper hand washing and glove use. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. Date marking system is in place and executed properly.There is no need for a follow up at this time. |
