This is a routine inspection. At this time, all cold holding temperatures are within the safety zone. This facility is clean and well maintained. Staff is using hygienic practices. Proper glove use and hand washing were observed during the inspection. PIC is knowledgeable about proper food procedures. No violations at this time.
