4-501.11 / GOOD REPAIR, PROPER ADJUSTMENT, AND OPERATION Core Item Walk in Freezer is fully covered in ice and the door is no longer able to close due to the ice build up, and all food items had a light layer of powdered ice. Maintain equipment in good repair. Correct By: 24-Jul-2020
4-602.11 (E) / EQUIPMENT FOOD-CONTACT SURFACE Core Item Observed what appeared to be a slime mold build up on the lip of the ice machine. Clean the ice machine at a frequency that prevents the build up of debris inside the unit. Correct By: 22-Jul-2020
