The purpose of today's visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. The facility was clean and organized. All food was from an approved source. Employee demonstrated proper heating temperatures. All food was holding within the safety zone during the time of inspection. Proper personal hygiene was observed. PIC was very knowledgeable.
