Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection Observed a bowl of seaweed in water storing at hand washing sink in the front
Relocate the seadweed bowl to a safe location and make sure the noted hand sink is always available for proper hand washing.
Action Taken: PIC relocated the noted item and the sink was accessible for proper hand washing.

6-501.111 (A-B), (D) / CONTROLLING PESTS
Core Item Observed 6 to 7 flies between mop sink and dry storage area in the back. Mop bucket still had dirty water from the morning.
Discard dirty mop water after every use. Have routine inspection for pest in place to eliminate thier presence. Correct By: 25-Aug-2022
