Core Item Repeat Employees noted working in food preparation/cooking area without a hair restraint.
Provide employees working in the food prep/cooking areas with an effective hair restraint (hat, hair net, beard restraint, etc.).

Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Observed cross contamination in the salad reach in cooler where 3 pound blocks of butter were found stored nextt to several flats of shelled eggs. A box of shredded cheese and a box of yougurt was found stored next to several carton of liquid eggs in th walk in cooler.
To prevent cross contamination, store raw foods below cooked and/or ready to eat foods.
Action Taken: The contents of the salad cooler and the walk in cooler contents were rearranged so the raw food products were adequately separated from the ready to eat foods.
