This is the 1st paid STFU inspection of Weezie's Funnel Cakes operating at Good Times at Goodrich. Observed proper handwashing and utensil use. All cold holding units are able to maintain a cold holding temperature of 41F or lower. There are NO violations to cite and no follow up is required at this time.
