This was a routine inspection to reopen the facility following the fire. The facility was very clean and organized. All equipment is in proper shape and clean, the cold holding units were all observed in the safety zone. The kitchen ware washing area was properly set up and ready for use. This facility is approved to open and operate. There are no violations to report at this time.
