Today's inspection was performed during fish fry Fridays. Facility was observed clean and maintained. All cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone during the inspection. Proper food handling techniques observed. Monday - Coney dogs, sandwiches, soup/Wednesday - Burgers/Friday - Fish frys October - April There are no violations to report at this time.
