Priority Item Corrected During Inspection The sanitizer concentration for chlorine in the sanitizer bucket is at 0ppm.
Use test strips to measure proper sanitizer concentration and adjust the concentration accordingly.
Action Taken: Employee remade sanitizer buckets with the proper sanitizer concentration per manufacturer.

Comments
The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility.

COVID 19 health policy is in place.
Observed good hygiene practices.
All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection.
Employee demonstrated proper cooking methods and cook of temperatures.
All food equipment is being cleaned/sanitized on an adequate frequency according to the Michigan Food Code/
All food is from an approved source and unadulterated.
