| Todays inspection was an opperational routine inspection. If you have any questions regarding this report, please contact your area sanitarian at 257-3603. Provide training on "When to Wash" hands and date marking. A remodel may take place in the near future. A new WIC is part of that plan. Contact Anthony Pavone 810-257-3825 with any questions that you may have regarding the remodel. A remodel application must be submitted to this department as well the designated fee prior to the remodel taking place. |
