Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Employee observed not washing hands before resuming food preparation, after making a delivery.
Before working with food, clean equipment, utensils, and single use or single service articles food employees shall properly wash their hands. ACTION TAKEN: The employee was instructed to hand wash before handling clean equipment and or food. The employee washed their hands as required.
3-501.17 / READY-TO-EAT, POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOOD, DATE-MARKING
Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection A pan of individually portioned cream cheese dipping sauce was found in the WIC without an EXPIRATION date label AND another container of individually portioned cream cheese dipping sauce was found in the Pepsi RIC without an EXPIRATION date label.
Adjust method or procedures so that all ready-to-eat potentially hazardous foods are date marked with a date not to exceed 7-days. ACTION TAKEN: Bothe of the cream cheese dipping sauce labels were labeled with an expiration date as required.
