This is a routine inspection. At this time, all cold and hot holding temps are within the safety zone. This facility is clean and well maintained. Test strips, cooler thermometers, and food thermometers are available. Proper hair restraints, glove use, and hand washing were observed during the inspection. No violations at this time.
