Todays inspection was a pre-opening inspection for this STFU Mexii-Rican Cuisine. The SOP's were found in compliance. The PIC has provided this writer with Serve Safe Certified Managerial Certificate. All cold holding equipment was found maintaining safe food temperatures. Hot and cold water have ben provided as required. The hand sink has been properly supplied. Money Order # 282406109 for the annual food service license ($160.00) was received by CG on 6/22/23. There are no violations to report at this time. * The fire suppression system was serviced in June of 2023 You shall schedule two operational $90.00 paid STFU inspections between NOW and April 30, 2024 or you will not be licensed the following year !!!!!! Moving forward the Food Service License fee calendar year is May 1 through April 30 annually. Two copies of the "Intent to Serve" was left with the owner/operator today. You shall also keep a copy of your Standard Operating Procedures on your STFU at all times. You are approved to operate as the owner of this NEW STFU.
