Today's inspection is the first routine inspection since opening in January. Facility is extremely clean and organized. All cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone during the inspection. Proper food handling techniques observed. Creamer for self-service is monitored every hour; discarded if not 41 degrees or lower. There are no violations to report at this time.
