Priority Item Corrected During Inspection ALFREDO SAUCE IN THE STEAM TABLE WAS FOUND AT 125F. THE PAN WAS INSIDE ANOTHER PAN THAT WAS INSULATING IT FROM THE STEAM.
MAINTAIN HOT POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS AT 135F OR ABOVE.
Action Taken: THE SAUCE WAS REMOVED FROM THE STEAM TABLE AND REHEATED ON THE STOVE TO ABOVE 165F. THE SECOND PAN WAS REMOVED. Correct By: 31-Jul-2019
