The purpose of today's visit is to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. The facility is extremely clean and organized. All TCS foods are holding within the safety zone during inspection. Proper hand washing, glove use while handing RTE foods, and hair restraints were observed. Sanitizer was proper. No violations were cited and no follow up is necessary at this time.
