The NEW dish machine was found operating as submitted in the plan review packet. The dish machine was found sanitizing at a temperature of 160 degrees as submitted. Todays meal consisted of a cold lunch with the exception of the pepperoni or cheese pizza selection. There are no violations to report at this time. You are approved to operate the dish machine. |
