The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. Covid-19 health policy is in place. Facility is extremely clean and well organized. Observed proper hand washing and glove/utensil use. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. Employee demonstrated proper cook off temperatures. Sanitizer is EPA approved and proper concentration per manufacturer is being used. All food is from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination. Certified food manager has been updated.
