Today is a routine inspection of the facility. The facility is a serving site only. All hot foods are prepared at the Middle School and transported via hot holding units. The facility is clean and organized. All hot and cold holding temperatures in the safety zone. Proper hand washing, glove use and hair restraints observed throughout in the inspection. Proper date marking procedures in place. Proper thawing observed via refrigeration. No violations to report at this time.
