The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. Due to Covid-19, this facility is not currently preparing or storing food at this time. All holding equipment is functioning properly and capable of proper cold holding temperatures. Sanitizer is EPA approved and proper concentration per manufacturer is being used. Facility is extremely clean and organized. There are no violations to cite and no follow up is required at this time. The next inspection shall occur at the 6 month requirement.
